Do you ship worldwide?

What is your average turnaround time?


Please allow 21-28 days for orders to be shipped.

 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?


You will receive a confirmation via email and tracking details.

 

Is the paint on the shoes and jackets durable ?


Any sneaker cleaning product can be used.
But please don’t use a washing machines this can effect the durability of the paint.
For the jackets we use textile paint which is washable up to 30 degrees. We don’t suggest to go higher or hand wash. Remove the chains. 



If I order the wrong size, can I get a refund or exchange?


All shoes are made to order. Once order is placed, there is no cancellation allowed.
But we do accept exchange or refund on our own clothing line, you just have to provide for the shipping and product have to be unused with tags.
 

Can I request my own design ?

Yes! All our base shoes are 100% authentic and bought directly via Nike .com
